Frequently Asked Questions Before Booking Consult + Service(s)

Question 1: How Far Out Should I Book The Consult With Jessi?

- As soon as possible! It’s better to find out ahead of time how long everything you’ll need assistance with will take especially since I have multiple clients & set schedule. You can always do a consult and set your start date for a later time.

Question 2: What If My Event Or Tasks Requests Are Under The Months Minimum To Book Stated On The Services Below?

- Although not guaranteed and it depends on my availability, I maybe able to assist fully or to a certain extent. Go ahead and book the consult and specify your situation, we will still meet and I will assist the best I can!

Question 3: How can I get Full Event Planning With You If Im Out Of Your Local Area?

- I can fully plan an event virtually despite your location! A Few things will be determined and taken into consideration

  • Are you out of my local area but will be holding your event here in South Florida?

  • If you reside and are holding an event out of my local area, does your venue(s) in mind have on site coordinators?

  • If you reside and are holding an event out of my local area with no onsite coordinator secured, can we find a day of in your area?

  • Lastly, if there is a possibility to find a day of coordinator within budget, I will help assist securing the right one so we can work together.

    1. Full Event Planning

    6 Months - 12+ Months Out

    From start to finish, Jessi is there to plan every detail, every appointment, retrieve quotes, design, set logistics & more to ensure the most stress free, yet fun experience.

    2. Logstic's Planning

    2+ Months Out (Varies On Tasks)

    For individuals who don’t need full event planning and just need logistics such as layouts, timelines, guests lists and scheduling or minor guidance on event planning organization.

    3. Just Design

    6 Months - 12+ Months Out

    For individuals who just need assistance in picking the event theme and help designing. From table top, to decor, florals, layouts to help execute a stunning experience

    If you need a mix of different tasks or you’re on a strict budget, we can choose the guidance provided during your free consult based on your needs and budget.
